Bolivia
Current funds are being directed to Bolivia. In Water for People’s Everyone Forever model, Everyone means that every family, clinic, and school in a district has access to water and sanitation services. Forever means that the districts have proven capable of operating, maintaining, and financing their systems without further intervention from Water for People. Four districts in Bolivia: Cuchumuela, San Benito, Tiraque, and Villa Rivero, are very close to achieving the Forever milestone, and just need some financial resources to push them to the finish line. Water for People Canada has committed to supporting these four districts throughout 2021, so that the districts will have access to water and sanitation services for decades to come.
