Online Profile Management and Event Registration

WCS AWWA Membership is managed locally through the WCW website. Note that this is different from any account you have to manage your AWWA membership. 

Please take a few minutes to update your profile if you have not already done so with your WCW magazine and directory mailing preferences. This will help us ensure that we are not mailing multiple copies to the same office or you can elect to receive the magazine electronically.

 

  1. Sign into your account on www.wcwwa.ca (if you need help doing that, please call the office (1-877-283-2003) during working hours or email info@wcwwa.ca.).
  2. Click on ‘My Profile’
  3. Click the ‘About’ Tab and then click ‘Edit’
  4. Scroll down to ‘Additional Information’ (feel free to update any of the other fields on the way)
  5. Ensure that you have made your selections for Magazine and Annual Who’s Who mailing on the click down selections.

Please note there are fields for ‘Personal’ and ‘Professional’ information. Your Professional information is important for registration information, and the Personal is optional and confidential. 

Online service for members through WCW includes Profile Management and Event Registration. On-line transactions require payment at the time of registration by credit card only.

When you are in Edit mode, or under ‘Account + Settings’, you can access other information about your activities:

Information and Settings - Customize your member profile communication options including signing up for enews.

Payments & History - view and pay outstanding Invoices and keep track of Event Registrations. (WCW Membership is handled through your parent Organization.)

Content & Features – Create Job Postings or submit your Resume and search for opportunities within the WCW community.

Professional Development - You can view of any CEUs assigned from WCW events (as of September 2018), or add others to help keep track of them. This covers CUEs for workshops and seminars and not the Annual Conference.

Note:  This is for Section/WCW information only, it does not update your details with AWWA. Your AWWA profile information can be updated through your account with AWWA at www.awwa.org

Sign up for our monthly E-News if you are a member or not. 

Members

  • under 'Additional Information' you can update your Communication Preferences to include recieving E-News.

Non-Members

  • Register with WCW.
  • If you are an AWWA Utility/Service Provider Member Employeem please select that opton for member type.
  • Add E-News to your profile information
  • Note that all registrations are approved by the WCW office.
