The Small Systems Hotline provides valuable technical support and assistance to small systems serving fewer than 3,500 customers.

AWWA Website

The Web Site links members to AWWA services and colleagues worldwide. With Chat groups, member activity and upcoming event announcements, and publication samples for preview reading, our Web Site is another vital link to the worldwide drinking water community.

Conferences, Symposium, and Teleconferences

AWWA sponsors more than ten major annual and biennial conferences and symposiums, in addition to workshops and other educational opportunities. Teleconferences are often available in Winnipeg or Brandon. AWWA members are also offered discounted rates for WCW conferences.

Working Committees

Nearly 200 working committees are charged with everything from operating systems efficiently to ensuring pressure fittings are the safest in the world. With six councils, seven divisions, and numerous sub-committees, task forces, and advisory groups to choose from, members can work in areas that include:
